Nick Larabee drove up to Newport, NC from Myrtle Beach SC to personally check on the progress of my homes roof replacement, and to address any concerns I had with it. read moreI worked with Nick Larabee and couldn't have been happier. A house we bought had some repairs done to it when we first moved in, but we used a "handyman." Well that caught up to us less than a year later when we started having leaks inside. Nick came out and diagnosed the issue (consistent with other people that looked at the job) and gave us a couple options. We weren't ready for a brand new roof (but we know that's coming), so we opted to do a repair for the time being. He was exceptional, taking pictures along the way and clearly communicating where we were with everything as it involved the construction of a new chimney cap. Knowing that the cap wouldn't be ready for a couple days, he made sure we were protected from the storms that were coming in. The pricing was fair and in line with other companies, but Nick's professionalism and communication sold me. When it comes time do a full repair, we know who we'll be calling.

read moreI can not tell you how thrilled I am with this roofing company! There were a few hiccups with my 101 year old house and they handled everything with such professionalism. They did my home, garage and guesthouse beautifully in two days. Nick Larabee was so lovely I now consider him a friend. He drove up from Myrtle Beach to Wilmington on a Sunday because I had a small concern (which had nothing to do with the roof). This company also did my mother's roof and she had an equally fantastic experience with them. They were very knowledgeable with insurance as well. From the bottom of my heart, I thank them for a job beautifully done!

A few years back we discovered a leak and he came out right away to help us, a few years later the leak was back and it was time to replace. He came out on a rainy afternoon and placed a tarp on our roof right away to stop the leaking and got his crew out just days later for the full job. They took great care of our lawn and were in and out! This type of service is hard to find, good work at a fair price!

I recently upgraded my gutters to Leaf Guard gutters, but I first needed to replace a 45 foot section of facia board behind one of the the original gutter. When I found myself in a time crunch with the gutter installation, Alpha Omegas Elliott Ortiz came to my rescue. The young man traveled 20 miles out of his way after hours to review my problem. He promptly pulled a talented installation technician off another job the next day to install the new facia. The installation looked better than new and everything turned out great thanks to the efforts of Elliot and the entire Alpha Omega team. Thank you Alpha Omega.

After speaking with Jorge who was very knowledgeable and professional I agreed for Omega to address my roofing problem. Within the next week a technician was at my home to inspect and fix any roofing defects. Fortunately my issues were not signifigant and they were fixed to my satisfaction.
