Andy Lewis Heating and Air has been servicing the Charlotte area since 1994. Over the years we built up a strong reputation, serving many of Charlotte's top level builders. A new owner, Mike McAndrew purchased the firm the end of 2004; and immediately began a comprehensive restructuring of the firm. We reduced over-heads, worked with vendors to find the finest pricing, focused on 1st time quality, and reduced cycle time. The firm is now positioned to supply builders with best quality and low cost installation of their HVAC systems. From the very start, our design department, works together with the builder to ensure the finest layout for the HVAC system.
