This is the 3rd time I have used bin there dump that and soon to be 4th. They are always accommodating to the date I need the dumpster and are very reasonable with prices. Easy to set up delivery and pickup. They are careful when the deliver the dumpster as well. Will continue to be customers of bin there dump that. Highly recommend them if you are in need of a dumpster.

We needed a dumpster to clean out my in-law's house to get it ready for sale. Bin There Dump That had the right size dumpster and were very accommodating with drop off and pick up dates. It was well worth the price since it allowed us to clean out the house quickly to get it on the market. Good people. Good product. Good service.

Bin There Dump That was a very easy process. They were on point with recommending the right size dumpster to get for the project we were doing. The arrived when they said and placed the dumpster where they were instructed. They removed the dumpster when scheduled. Have had experiences where rentals have left dumpster for days as if they forgot about it. Their price was lower then most but their service was better then most if not all. Will definitely use them again if needed.

Love this place. It's so great to have a dumpster when you are doing major basement cleaning. The dumpster was delivered on time and they picked up when they said they would. The office is great to give you size recommendations and very easy to communicate with. I have used them twice and will use them again when I need a dumpster.

I won't use anyone else again! These guys communicated well, texting, emailing, and even phoning me back on the weekend when I had an issue. Delivered on-time, picked up on time. Keep in mind, these are for residential use so they are more compact dumpsters (but still 20 yards)- just not the big long dumpsters I was used to for industrial settings. You've got my business from here on out!

No problems, needed dumpster service, was delivered on time, picked up when requested, all done online, via text or email communications. Just happened to get the right size dumpster, had gotten dumpster from this company before. Would like a little more guidance on proper size dumpster for different jobs.

With the stress of a move already underway, I was trying to figure out how to get rid of a large amount of things that I wasn't taking, donating, or selling. I needed something convenient, fast, and reasonably priced. This was the answer to all of that. The service was easy to set up (a quick reservation online followed up by a confirmation call from the company).

Within a matter of three days they dropped the bin off, I was able to work at my own pace get rid of everything, and then bin was picked up. Easy Peezy. I would definitely use their service again. The interaction with the company and the whole process was quick, convenient, and very friendly.

I used Bin There based off of their reviews, and they did not disappoint. Ordering was simple, they helped me find a size based on my project, and the price was more than fair for my project. They were prompt on delivery and prompt on removal. The communication was fantastic, and the phone conversations were pleasant. I will absolutely use Bin There again and recommend them to others.

Was very pleased with the service I received. They were very helpful answering questions by phone and returned calls as well. They were unable to give a specific delivery time on the day requested and suggested to deliver the day before needed. They did send me a text when they were on their way for drop off and pick up. Driveway was protected and cleaned up at pick up. It was hassle free with no extra hidden fees. I would use them again.

We had the 14 yard delivered to the house to clean out some storage areas. Worked perfectly! Great experience from start to end. Called it in, they set it up, were able to deliver right where I asked even in our narrow driveway. I sent in the request in the morning and by lunch time they came and removed it. Saved us so much time instead of trying to haul everything off to the dump ourselves.

I would highly recommend this company! Update: 2/19/20 We needed another dumpster for some more cleanout and had the same excellent experience. Super convenient to schedule, had it delivered and picked up with ease. I definitely recommend them.

I decided that I needed a dumpster bc the junk that I collected over the years in the house was just too much. Calling this company was the best decision that I made. They delivered the dumpster and picked it up on time and the driver was absolutely amazing! He was so patient and kind as we were moving last minute things into the dumpster. The dumpster was brought out on a Friday and I kept it for a week but bc of the weekend, I had it for few more extra days at no extra charge. If you need a dumpster, definitely go with this company. You won't regret it!

When my father passed away, we had to clean out his house and at that very stressful time, the owners of Bin There Dump That in Hickory were amazingly responsive to our needs in both the delivery and pick up of a dumpster that worked for us. They were incredibly helpful and nice and would recommend them in a sec!

If you are moving or cleaning out an attic or another part of your house and you are wondering if getting a dumpster from this company is worth it I can tell you it is. I highly recommend "Bin there Dump That." The sales person called me with in minutes of my filling out an online request. She was personable and helpful. The bins are about as clean and unobtrusive as a dumpster in the driveway can be.

The young man who dropped the bin off was professional and willing to pleasantly answer questions (not to mention patient while my husband and I pondered and debated about how best to position the bin in our driveway.) They do, in fact, take care not to damage the driveway while placing the bin. It is late afternoon and still waiting to have the bin removed on the last day of our rental.

That's a good thing because we have gotten an extra full day's worth for last minute items and never felt rushed. We will absolutely be using "Bin There Dump That" in the future.

They were really quick to respond to us after we left a message. They called my husband back within the hour to set up a time. Their rates are amazing and they came out the very next day when I called. When the guy cam out to set up the bin he was very professional and nice. He knew exactly what he was doing and was quick. I was able to park my truck in the driveway along side the bin and my husband even had enough room to park his truck in the drive way also without the bin being in the way. I highly recommend them. They were awesome!

The experience was generally good. The more compact dumpsters and size options are great for residential needs. Guidance on scheduling a pickup were vague (I'm not a seasoned dumpster user). The person I spoke with on the phone to schedule my pickup could have been a little friendlier and more accommodating (that's small stuff but you asked for feedback). The dumpster was a good value and I will use the service again.

I had the best experience with Bin There Dump That! I saw a neighbor had a bin in front of their house and I had been considering getting one prior to a move so I gave them a call to ask about pricing and scheduling. Decided to pull the trigger and it was SO worth it, greatest decision ever! I had the bin for 10 days and the delivery and pick up were totally smooth. The bin was pretty clean inside and the doors opened on the side for easier access. I can't say enough good things! I would absolutely use them again.
