Crouch Brothers House Moving Contractors. Has been in the house and structural moving business since 1926. The business was began by Marshall F. Crouch, Sr.who decided he did not like walking behind a plow all day and went to work at a sawmill. A local house mover offered him more money to work for him and he started learning his trade. In 1926, MF bought out his employer and he and his brother, GE Crouch, formed their firm, Crouch Brothers House Moving Contractors. MF and GE parted ways but he kept the Crouch Brothers name.
