We're a healthcare facility that offers post-acute health care services designed to help patients in rebuilding strength, functioning and independence following a hospital stay for an acute illness or injury. It is our mission to return our patients to the best standards of independence and we support our residents in returning home whenever possible. Hunter Woods Nursing and Rehab Center supplies long-term eldercare services to those residents who need assistance in their daily activities of living and for whom living independently at home is no longer possible.
