Needless to say, my house did not get cool. I called Air Today and a technician, Christian, was out the same day. He offered me a terrific plan for maintenance. This was an awesome encounter. No problem was found, but with the maintenance program, my unit will be serviced twice yearly, without cost.

read moreI had the absolute best customer service from Joey Steen when i went with Air Today to fix my plumbing issues after a pipe burst. He was courteous, worked quickly/efficiently and was professional without making me feel ignorant to the plumbing process. Joey took the time to respectfully explain what he found, my options for fixing it, the purpose behind his recommendations and did not try to push me into any decisions. Unlike the Morris Jenkins people, i felt like Air today was reasonably priced and HONEST with me regarding the problem. What is crazy is that i called back to cancel my appointment after deciding not to pay another service fee ($79) when the manager/supervisor-Chrissy stepped in to remove the fee altogether then offered me an additional "new customer" coupon to show me that my business was desirable. This made me feel appreciated and told me that money is not what they are about, its customer satisfaction! I would highly recommend Joey Steen of Air Today, because he knows his stuff-You wont be sorry!
PS. I also plan to request him when i go back to Air Today for an upcoming water heater purchase and install in a few months.
