I checked to make sure parts were in stock before driving to Ocala to get them. It's about 75 miles one way but well worth the drive to get what I need when I need it. Got everything I went for plus .... Very smooth transaction. Friendly staff. Thank you!

I had forgotten about NPD and unfortunately ordered from a competitor. After 2 weeks of not getting a shipping notification I called and was told it was back ordered for 2 months. I luckily remembered NPD and got on their website, found the part my husband needed, ordered it and it was here the NEXT DAY! Fantastic Speedy service that I will never forget again!
