A-1 Arrow Disposal. Was built from the ground up. Jerry used to work for the firm by loading dumpsters full of bricks for $5 an hour and worked his way up to purchasing the firm. What started as a tiny hauling and waste removal firm, with one truck, grew to be a professionally managed fleet of four trucks. To ensure the best quality client service, management is actively involved with each and every job. In fact, owner Jerry Frakes drives one of the trucks and personally answers every call that comes through. He then carefully dispatches his drivers to serve a huge range of clients, including Charlotte-area roofing contractors, homeowners, and general construction contractors.
